Our History

NJF Search International was set up in 2001 with 3 employees to focus on Global Front office financial recruitment for the Worlds Top banks and Global Hedge funds. Due to our out of the box thinking and dynamic culture we have been able to expand quickly. We currently have offices in London and New York, we are also currently launching offices in Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL.

Our Culture

The culture at NJF Search International is professional and driven. We work as a tight knit team and the common denominator are results. The role of a Principal consultant is challenging, however, upon joining the team you will become a specialist within a particular asset class or technology and it’s up to you to find, interview and brief your candidates to the roles you have. You will build client relationships and new business as well as working on global retained assignments.
