Responsible for leading the creation and management of project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and communicating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Must be able to read and analyze software design specification documents, and be able to verify that the developed software performs according to the specifications.
Identifying bottle necks in order to address and move projects forward.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in managing full lifecycle of software or applications development.
Prior experience in developing software is a plus.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with technical team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
