Our client is looking for a PMO Program Manager to join their office. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of the cross-team, firm-wide, strategic, or high risk projects with a structured project management process. You will be responsible for the improvement of the planning and alignment of business priorities with business operations (IT, Ops, Funds) work, align software development process with project size and business users and enable team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Strong program management skillset with experience in managing concurrent multiple technology projects
- Experience in financial services, specifically in Asset Management
- Proven ability to influence business and technology leaders
- Demonstrate ability to lead with focus on continuous improvement and change management activities
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communications with proven ability to gain trust from teams and stakeholders while establishing and maintaining strong relationships
- Actively inquisitive - listen and ask questions to determine and meet stakeholders and development team needs
- Go beyond normal job responsibilities to ensure commitments are kept and delivered in a timely manner
- Focus on specific goals, and demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results
- Foster a sense of teamwork, take initiative to assist others when required and/or as needed
- 10+ Professional working experience
- 7+ Project management experience
- 5+ years relevant work experience in Asset Management operations and/or technology environment
- Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
- Mastery of PPM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
