Our business goal is to work in partnership for a limited number of buy side and sell side firms so we can add maximum value and capability to our selected clients.

We do not want to become a monolithic and incestuous Search Firm because this reduces the service we can offer (not to mention the number of competing Investment Banks/Hedge Funds that we can resource from). We want to become a pivotal partner to our clients and help them attract and retain the very best executives that work within their product and functional space.

With this mission statement in mind, we offer what we believe to be the most effective and thorough Executive Search service currently available on the market.

It is a well known fact that the very best candidates do not look for work; work and opportunities need to contact them. It really is that simple. If you want to hire the best possible executives, you will need to offer them the opportunity to apply and offer them either a better role or more remuneration. Otherwise, they will just carry on in their current role completely unaware that the role your are looking to fill is available.

Executive Search (or Headhunting as it is commonly known) is by far and away the most sophisticated and thorough of all recruitment strategies.

At your disposal, you will have two dedicated research specialists who will investigate exactly who the right candidates are who could do this role. This will include most Investment Banks and Hedge Funds in London and also include a detailed search in the US (particularly New York). Once the correct individuals have been identified, one of our Search Directors will then approach every single person and inform them of the opportunity on behalf of the Senior Directors/Human Resources at the given client.

This is done in complete secrecy. If desired, we will not tell any candidate the name of the client we are working for unless they show interest in the role. After everyone has been approached, those interested will be fully screened and interviewed in person. Only then, we will start to shortlist potential candidates.
