Annual Retained - the serviceNJF Search International is able to dedicate wholly the recruitment resources of a specialist team within NJF Search International in order to globally recruit highly specialized Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Analysts, Research Scientists and Technology professionals for a particular client and for that client only. This will give our Client full and exclusive access to a fully focused and highly professional recruitment and administrational team that will work side by side with the Client’s executive team to help them fulfill its critical hiring needs over the next 12 months and beyond. To do this, we feel it is paramount that NJF Search International does not work for any other clients within our client’s space. This will help with clarity and also prevent any conflict of interests on both sides. We want to solely concentrate all our team’s considerable efforts to finding, attracting and delivering the finest candidates available anywhere in the world purely for the benefit of our Client. Any candidate we resource will not be sent to any other Hedge Fund or Investment Bank (or competing organization) for a period of six months. |
