- Collectively, we have been recruiting Portfolio Managers, Traders,
Quantitative Research Analysts, Research Scientists and Technology
professionals for the finance industry for over 15 years.
- Specifically, we have recruited for various Investment Banks/Hedge
Funds and have typically recruited candidates from within all facets
of the Trading, Research and Technology space. We have been responsible
for placing a plethora of candidates whose backgrounds range from
the more prestigious roles of Global Heads of Desk or Research to
the more regular (but no less important) Junior Research Analysts
and Technical Senior Developers.
- We are aware of current trends in both a business and technological
perspective. This gives us a valuable asset in terms of rapport with
both clients and candidates and (perhaps more importantly) this also
enables us to spearhead recruitment/headhunting drives in companies
and business areas that are most suitable and beneficial.
- Over the past four years, NJF Search International has worked successfully
with various Clients and within that time, we have acquired an instinctual
understanding of the type and quality of candidates our clients’ expects
and indeed hires. We are under no illusion about this quality and we
always endeavour to deliver only the very best candidates we find (and
will continue to do so). Furthermore, we understand the culture and personality
fit that our Client looks for in any potential candidate and, equally
importantly, what our Client does not like in a candidate. We take this
benchmark seriously and endeavour never to send any client a candidate
if s/he does not present a suitable personality fit.
