Annual Retained - the team

We would propose allocating a team of five (or more if the Client required) extremely experienced Executive Search Consultants to work exclusively on our Client’s hiring needs. The team will not represent any other clients within this space and any candidate that we attract will be for our Client only for a period of six months or otherwise advised. We will be fully dedicated to successfully placing key personnel within our Client’s Trading, Research and Technology department.

Based out of our London or New York offices a typical team would consist of:-

Two Senior Principals and Three Research Analysts.

The researchers would map out thoroughly the market place and speak to potential candidates who would be suitable for the position. Once interest has been gained, either one of the two Senior Principals would then take over the process until the multiple assignments has been filled.

This would be a continuous process throughout the year.
