Search and Selection – Advertisement based Search
This type of search is popular and for certain positions, experience has shown us that this is sometimes the most effective method of finding appropriate candidates. For these positions, we manage the entire process for you on your behalf. We source the right media to advertise in (usually the quality broadsheets or specialist trade journals – depending on the role), negotiate all costs and discounts and write the copy based on the brief you are looking to fill. The advert could be company branded or if you wished for secrecy, we can run the advert unbranded. We would then managed the applicant response and follow the same methodology as in the Executive Search option. We would interview all candidates whom we believe would be most suitable for the position. From these, we would submit a shortlist of candidate appraisals for those individuals deemed most suitable. Alongside the advert though, NJF Search International would offer additional services. We would also utilise all the other recruitment methods alongside the advert response itself. This would involve searching our database, asking candidates for referrals and contacting people we know very well in the market place and asking them for market information. This type of recruitment works for some types of roles more than others. Placing the advert itself does not guarantee success.
